At times when an area is too large to fill with stitches, fabric known as "Tackle Twill" is a great substitute. This process is often seen on fraternity and sorority Greek-lettered sweatshirts as well as professional jerseys. Just like embroidery, tackle twill fabric letters require a pattern. Average production time on this service is 1-2 weeks. Exceptions may apply on large orders or split front jerseys.
