Artwork Information

We want to ensure your imprint is clean and accurate. The most common challenge we have to overcome in order to reprint your logo is having too low of a resolution file to successfully print your item. Low resolution files (such as those from the internet), must be resized to accommodate printing which produces jagged edges and illegible text. The information below will assist you in providing professional level art files and help you avoid unecessary artwork fees.  If you're feeling lost in all this information, don't worry! Just submit what you have and we will do the rest.

The graphic design software we use is PC (not Mac) based and includes:
Adobe Illustrator CS4, Corel Draw X5, Corel Photo Paint X5

If your files have an extension (three letter code after the file name) that includes:
.eps, .pdf, .ai, or .cdr you likely have a high quality vector file.

If your files have an extension ending in:
.bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .psd, .cpt, you may have a high or low quality rastor (pixel based) file. Rastor files should be submitted in actual size of final print and at no less than 300 dpi.

Fonts:
If you used a special font, please include it with your art files or convert all fonts to curves (outlines) before sending.

Color Separations:
Some printing processes like screen printing require the artwork to have different layers created for each color. Creating each of these colors on a separate layer is called "color separating." This process is necessary when screen printing more than one color.

Color Matching:
Please include all pms color specifications with your art file if you desire color matching.
